The CD Team consists of a Team Leader, 5 Community Development Workers and two part-time secretaries.   Our work involves supporting local communities to identify the health and social concerns of greatest importance for them and support them to developing their own solutions in partnership with the Trust.  The CD Team’s aim is to achieve a balance between enabling local people to work with the Trust to develop services accessible to everyone and to promote community development approaches within the Trust to ensure the health and well being of us all.
