A Consultation Workshop on the Cardiovascular Service Framework will be held
in Tullylagan Country House Hotel, Cookstown on Monday 15 September 2008 at 9.45
am to 1.30 pm (A light lunch will be provided)
Find out and have your say about what you can expect from services for heart
disease, stroke, diabetes or kidney disease.
The event will be of interest to anyone concerned about any of the above
diseases, as well as anyone interested in the involvement of service users in
the development of services.
