Would your community group like to do their bit for the environment? Would
you like to reduce the impact your lifestyle has on the environment? Then this
event is for you. This one day conference highlights the impact our lifestyle
has on the environment and the practical steps we can all take individually
and/or as a community group to reduce our ecological footprint (the impact their
lifestyle has on the environment).
This Conference will draw on the experience of the Northern Ireland pilot
project, the Community Eco-Challenge, which successfully worked with a sample of
100 households (5 community groups) to help them live more sustainably and
reduce their ecological footprint.
