Volunteers Wanted
The Southern Health and Social Care Trust are seeking Volunteers within the
Armagh and Dungannon locality.
The Trust welcomes Volunteers from all walks of life and recognises that each
individual has their own unique contribution to make to the service it
delivers.
We offer a host of opportunities to suit all skills and aspirations; from
assisting with social outings, to gardening and cookery or just simply offering
a listening ear; everyone has a part to play.
As well as being a fun and fulfilling way to meet new friends, develop new
skills and discover hidden talents, Volunteering provides unique opportunities
to make a real difference to peoples lives.
You don’t need any particular experience to be a Trust volunteer, commitment
and respect for others, a caring attitude and genuine desire to help is what’s
needed.
Our volunteers provide non-judgemental practical and emotional support to
people within the community and hospital settings and through their efforts help
empower individuals to reach their full potential.
The Southern Health and Social Care Trust values the immense contribution of
all its Volunteers and celebrates the active role they play in promoting
equality of opportunity and social inclusion.
